The penultimate issue of 'Jericho' sets the stage for the grand final

The previous issue of Jericho Season 3: Civil War dealt entirely with the mysterious John Smith. Hawkins and Jake broke him out of the secret Allied States of America (ASA) military facility but before they did we learned why he destroyed 23 American cities.

Jake and Hawkins finally get their hands on the mysterious John Smith but before they do we get Mr. Smith's story. It turns out that he was responsible for all of the nuclear bombs destroying a number of American cities.
